All that stuff you posted is 1999 estimated. Now do your recall how Alan Green span kept talking about the increasing productivity thru y2k. My facts from IBD and and the anecdotal data support my beliefs as stated.

My info for most efficient GDP came from IBD article about a week ago. Now in a chart of Countries getting 20% or more of their power from nuclear in IBD, Germany was not listed.
I assumed that Germany was less than 20%. Current data that may now include GDR may make that true.

Also the the GDP of US year 2000 is 10 Trillion and Germany was around 2 Also 30% of Germanies GDP is Industry/agricuture and only 20% of the US.
