For now, internet for house hunting applies to high-octane relocate-happy buyers only. I'm not a high-paid corporate slave so I don't fit the profile. Anyway, my wife is looking for a new house so I have to go along with it :) We use the net to email the brokers who we've found via open houses we went to in the target areas. They use the net to email us automated lists of new listings that meet our criteria (most of the ones they send us we rule out!) But this saves time and reassures us that we are not missing out on some great dream home that hit the mkt and sold right away. anyway what is my point? well i guess that it is easy to overstate the net's role in new home sales.... you really have to see the house. What is my point here? am i stoned? no I am fine. anyway, be your own judge!
