isopatch, Got a call today from my (el cheapo) long standing discount broker. I had inquired on the national hotline about a certain type of account and requested information. A broker at local office called, offered to help and gave me his private extension. This has never occurred before. A year ago I was begging them for private number to local office, both in person in that office and on the phone and the answer was "no way", use the toll free number. Things have changed, and while I have done well the last twelve months, I haven't done that well, ggg! Best Regards, Roebear

Gold and currency comment Dollar Index trying to develop a downtrend. Cashed my Euro position @ 87.26 and placed a limit to dive back @ 86.70. Gold was weaker in comparison (being a sorta currency against the USD) and still has no uptrend. Sold my single Aug contract @ 271.5 yesterday and still looking to go long around 264. Will jump on the wagon if an uptrend develops. Wipsaws in stocks before expiration. The trend next week will be powerful, but which way? ATG
