<CNBS best be seen as part of the "solution">

Excellent idea. So I'm sure they won't think of it! <g>
Really they could spend an hour or so after the closing
bell and just do stories on fraud and manipulation.
Hell it would be watched by alot of people I bet.

I wrote him months ago that if CNBS was smart, they'd turn to investigative reporting frequently on this stuff, because the market(s) are going suck for years- for buy-n-holders, and there is going to be outcry about all this crap, and CNBS best be seen as part of the "solution" and not the "problem" or their ratings might go ka-plooey...In other words, get ahead of the curve.)

Huh!? Are you forgetting they are owned by a large corporation? Did you see the day Jack Welch was on Squawk? He was on for almost an hour, it was like he was a guest host. I've never seen so much butt kissing in my life. Finally when the "interview" was over they cut to Maria at the NYSE and she says, "That was Jack Welch the chairman of GE. I would have liked to ask him about those revenues, too bad I didn't get a chance." It was hysterical.
