Robert

You are right, but CD is at a much different point in the 'short' cycle. You bought and bought and bought and others did as well. The tables have turned there, just as they might for GX oneday, someday, when funds like yours buy and buy and buy. Want another good example? CNC when it was $5.

<CD is fifth on the shorted list. It also happens to be my firm's largest holding. We bought and bought and bought in the fourth quarter last year (in the $9-$11 range) . . . after originally owning it in the mid teens. If we would have paid attention to the "knowledge" of the street we would have never become so ensconced and loyal to our CD analysis. And thus huge returns would have been left on the table. Not to mention that CD just smashed all estimates for their quarter last night . . . and this is just the beginning for the company.>

Explanation for GX Insiders Selling (post 12694):

I hope the below post is a joke. I have never heard something more outrageous! If the poster thought anybody would believe it, then I have lost a lot of respect for that individual!

Hopefully the poster was only making a light-hearted comment. But after reading more comments about the poster, he seems to manage money? No wonder index funds beat managed accounts! :)

I wish most of the Street Mouths were Orangutans in the Sahara, simply so their variety of useless used-car salesmen (and women) would perish from our species. Yes, I am an Orangutan from Sumatra, and I have greater self-respect than to do what they do for a living.
