the foundation has cracked already, just like the earthquake damage 'that wasn't' in Seattle. Jay, great analogy. We all know what happens next, sooner or later, having seen it on tv, demolitions being popular fare these days: at first the structure just hangs there, seemingly motionless, but then slowly begins to crumble, and then whoosh, it's all over except for the mushroom cloud.
