"Smudge of yolk" is neither accurate nor emotionally neutral. It is designed to suggest something disposable

You won't get much more emotionally neutral than that. As to "disposable"--God (or MOther Nature) disposes of the fertilized egg (again--emotionaly neutral) 25-75 % of the time.

If you wish to use this ("a human organism (with a full complement of chromosomes and the ability to develop into a full grown child, if implanted in the proper environment")when you are referring to an egg, then be my guest. You will certainly be an emotionally neutral guy (IYO) with a lot of time on his hands...

I would hate to see you trying to order bacon and eggs at the diner. The waitress would go nuts listening to your description of the chicken and how you want it poached. I doubt she would have time to serve the rest of us, and I doubt if anyone would know what you were ordering.

THe truth is, you don't WANT "emotionally neutral"--because YOU are not.
