I believe in free trade, but if Mexican trucks want to run up and down our interstates, they need to comply. If not I say not only fine them, but impound the trucks at so much money per day, until the owners of the truck pays US wages to have his truck brought totally up to code. And loss of load too. Pres. Fox needs to change Mexico in their thinking on things like this.
