Yup, you're right. Folks are taking money out of this !@#$%$#& stock market and putting it into real estate. Down here in south Florida, real estate values are skyrocketing.

I have about twenty hypothetical long ports plugged in SI Grace funny you should mention that. I too have a boat load of mock portfolios I would set up when I thought okay, perhaps a bottom. THey are all stocks I would consider going long if things were to turn. Right now they are laughable. Here's one example(though not all my prime choices) I copies from redherring on the "must own in 2001" list siliconinvestor.com I tried plugging the URL for the article, but I get the "can not be found" reply :) P.S> Please let me know if the portfolio doesn't show.
