Yup, you're right. Folks are taking money out of this !@#$%$#& stock market and putting it into real estate. Down here in south Florida, real estate values are skyrocketing.

Grace funny you should mention that. I too have a boat load of mock portfolios I would set up when I thought okay, perhaps a bottom. THey are all stocks I would consider going long if things were to turn. Right now they are laughable.
