NVSL leads in Copper.

CMP is a key process step and I think they have to buy the tool from from LRCX, AMAT or SFAM.

SFAM can be had for a song ($94M mkt cap but would take a premium to get enough shares....)

Who likes to give money to competitors to make your wonderful process work?

Might make more sense for NVLS to buy SFAM rather than LRCX who I originally thought might be buying when they did their secondary.

What other process steps do they need to fill holes?
