telecomguy, prices discounted everything, while semi looks good prices are higher already, like INTC it was $22 now $28-30 US. Telecom sector still at it low, may go lower, but prices have discounted. Soon, telecom will lead this market again, then NT.TSE $65 or $124 again. Buy low sell hi is the best strategy. I would not be suprised to see our beloved NT.TSE closed above $12.00 or even $12.50 as the worst news has gone with the wind and good stuffs are coming. John Paquet
