It would appear that current restrictions are not working

Which is it, are murder rates going down or is one death by a person with a gun, (be it murder or suicide or accident) too many.

Maybe restrictions are preventing people from protecting their own lives, my what a conundrum.

To the extent they're not working, they're not being enforced. How many ways does a crime have to be illegal?
