Blow Hard Dan - Re: "Gartner says 30.4 million PC's sold in Q2."

Uh....Intel sells more than a FEW CPUs into the SERVER market !!

Gartner's report covered PC shipment - NOT SERVERS !

Maybe you should ask Gartner for their SERVER shipment numbers and CPUs/SEREVR - so that you can ADD THOSE NUMBERS to Intel's PC SHIPMENTS - to approximate the TOTAL number of CPUs that Intel shipped.

Or..you can continue to run off half-cocked and shoot your mouth off with your brain only half-loaded.

Dan, you ignored my point. Not all of AMD's CPUs made it into PCs in Q2. It's a well-known fact that AMD sold more than 50% of their Q2 processors in June. Did PC sales pick up in June all-of-a-sudden? No. So where did those processors go?

<Face it - Intel is getting creamed.>

Like I said before, I really hope you don't put your money where your mouth is. AMD stock is now down to 57% of INTC, a far cry from the "crossover" celebrations that were periodically being held over on the AMD Mod thread.

Re: AMD sold 7.7+ million CPUs in Q2 - they announced it, and it is in their quarterly report signed by their external auditors.

Yet another lie. Quarterly reports are not audited. Even if they were, auditors audit financial statements, not statements about market share.
