Madam,
Why? Besides, wouldn't want one from you anyway. Alls you did was say I was stupid for warning the stock was over-priced during the lead-up to the debacle. And that's nothing compared to what some of the loggers I've known have said to me. (You ain't really been insulted until some snuff-dipping logger spits, cusses, and threatens surgery on you with his running chain saw.)

P'haps the folks to whom an apology is due are the ones you deemed real darn smart--and praised--cuz they were buying JDSU and perhaps other bubble stocks through the fall and winter of 2000. Nope, as I wrote way back then: I'm happy to be called stupid and have my money intact than "smart" and watch it burn up on me.
