SD, It's funny that you posted the MaxPain number for AMAT. I was just wondering what that number was for today. It certainly is an interesting stat. It's common knowledge that the big fund boys manipulate key stocks to make their numbers at the end of a quarter, so I guess it would be just as easy for major option sellers/buyers to do the same near expiration. As for today, since AMAT closed yesterday close to $45 and has traded near $45 most of the day, perhaps there's no need to do much push trading unless there's a significant move away from MaxPain. Thanks for the info.
