THAR SHE BLOWS! Price is telling us that there is no pending deal. As New Caledonia has gotten the green light from Inco, it looks like VBN will be put on ice for many years. Too bad really, ... the Newfaneese economy could really have used the boost that a VBN go-ahead would have given it. I wonder if Brian Tobin and his band of merry Liberals have learned anything, ... like, ... it's a lot less risky to pick a turbot fight with Spaniards than it is to try to play hard ball with a major public company over a world class Proterozoic magmatic Ni-Cu sulphide deposit where economic factors carry more weight than political ones?
