You can do 2 things that we used to do when we were kids.
1. Carry someone around in the pool, then heave that person into the raft while you are ducking under the water.

2. Keep bumping into the raft "accidentally". After a few times, you can excuse yourself again, then politely say, "You know, rafts are not permitted in the pool."

Think a small blade. One where it takes 5 minutes to let all the air out.

Or you could loudly announce "Daym, why do I ALWAYS become incontinent when I'm in the water" and have the pool to yourself.
