The political process today is mostly a sham. Only neo-conservatives, Democrats and Democratized Republicans accept it. Crolyists all. Property taxes have been banned as unconstitutional now in 30 states (not that long ago it was 26). Your argument on taxes is that one is (in your perception) a bit less unfair than the other. Great argument. As for income tax... if you study the actual history and legislation (which is available on the 'Net) you will discover (much to your amazement, I guess) that the Amendment was never legally ratified. That alone makes the coerced collection of taxes on income illegal.
