Situation changing? Let's discuss NT trading strategies.

There was something oddly different about today's trading. Despite being an options expiry day with markets down slightly, the volatility indices were both lower. Something has changed.

So what about NT? By now, everyone knows that Telcos are in a bad situation for the rest of the year, but that NT has enough cash to survive for quite a while. Since markets are all about looking 6-9 months into the future, does this mean we now have a tradable bottom? I had hoped for some kind of a selling climax to indicate the bottom, but today was about as close as it has gotten. If the US consumer indeed leads the recovery, this may be about it.

Until there is some definitive sign either way, it looks like NT will trade in the 11.25-12.75 range for a while. This appears to be a pretty fair value for the stock right now and certainly what the chart indicates.

I'm going to approach it on that basis. Thoughts anyone?
