Slight confusion there, I was simply quoting you (note the italics), not making any statement with respect to Hector. Since you ask, I believe he will stay and Jerry will leave more or less as planned. Of course, if things take a serious turn for the worse (losses, both "profit" and market share - not only in Q3, but in the subsequent quarters as well), all bets are off ;-)
