I own this stock and just got the 10-k etc. I voted against allowing the Board to do a reverse split for any number of shares. Any stock I have owned has received the kiss of death after a reverse split, especially microcaps. It doesn't usually bring them above $1. for long anyway.
JMHO.

My last post here was July 21st and the stock was about 8. A week later it hit 6.5 or so (ouch), but then it took off to 30 by the first of the year (of course I sold at 20). It recently gave me chance to get back in (at 20.5 so I lost 50 cents and got taxed). Now at 20, it looks like a good opportunity to get in if anyone is looking for an entry. The last earnings announcement and conference call continue to show that they are meeting there plan and objectives. The potential market for this company is huge and earnings growth should look real good over the next few years.

Consolidating some, but pretty good run since you posted in July. I have nothing to lose on this one. Still has a lot of upward potential (or downward, but I'll take the risks), fundamentally to much upside.
