INDIVIDUAL CALLING HIMSELF "FATHER TERRENCE", WANTS TO REINSTITUTE SLAVERY AND DISENFRANCISE WOMEN AND BLACKS IN ORDER TO RECLAIM THE INDIVIDUAL RIGHTS ONLY ENUMERATED IN THE ORIGINAL CONSTITUTION AND BILL OF RIGHTS, ACCORDNG TO A STATEMENT ISSUED VIA THE INTERNET SITE, "SILICON INVESTOR" ON A MESSAGE BOARD TITLED "RIGHT WING EXTREMIST THREAD". FROM THE IDAHO HEADQUARTERS OF HIS BACK TO BASICS CONSTITUTION MOVEMENT. THE MYSTERIOUS FATHER TERRENCE ALSO DENIED A CHARGE OF BEING A LEFTWINGER. HOWEVER, HE LET STAND THE "WHACKO" APPELLATION OF THE SAME DOCUMENT.
