Untill a decent volume of systems show up for sale (like the strong presence of AMD's Palomino core in the notebook market) it will remain a question.

Intel claimed no problem with:

820 - 3RIMM
840 - MTH
PIII 1.13
Xeon 900

I don't really think there is a huge problem with Intel's .13 process, but the final answer is not yet in.

You have to admit it's a bit weird that they had to issue that statement. Why not just ship the parts instead?
