I am not predicting a big new energy bull anytime soon. Even if OSX 80 does turn out to be the low, that level likely will be tested several times before a sustainable advance can begin. Just like OSX 48-50 was tested several times way back when.

My key conclusion though is that the time may be approaching for investors with a 6 months+ time horizon to begin accumulating on weakness. This conclusion is reinforced by my belief that global stock markets will trough this fall and commence a significant bull run through mid-2002.
