Ummmm, I'm not sure about the crowd pleasing part. My batch won't last that long, unfortunately. I've had bars like this before, but without the crunchiness. The Rice Krispies really improve it by cutting the sweetness and adding texture.

Two hours on the Stairmaster? Afraid so. :)

I loved JC's story, and everybody else's. They were a pleasure to read this morning.
