I don't think I mentioned the bat in my list last night.

You win. It's not even close.

We knew we were dealing with the supernatural because it was late on a dark and stormy night and the father protector was not at home. Probably the phone lines were down, but I didn't check.

Oh my, Rambi, I feel just horribly conflicted as I sit here ROFLing at your description of your batly predicament!

You've got to get this published! I'm so sorry that this happened to you, but I'm sitting here weeping with laughter at your tale of woe. The "shoe box we keep on hand for carrying out stunned animals?" Oh, that's just awful! But every time I read it I can't stop laughing......

Oh, poor Rambi! Oh, my!

You're right. After owls, bats are the worst.

Rambi,

I know I'm late in responding, but that was a wonderful wonderful story about the bat.

I take it there are some decent hotels close to your house if I'm ever in the neighborhood.

Rambi, that was a fabulous tale, so very well told!

It struck a real chord in me, as I have always considered Dracula, Frankenstein (i.e., the monster), and the Wolf Man as among my dearest fantasy friends. So tragically misunderstood.

You are a gifted teller of tales.
