qw - I believe the trading range is going to be 50 to 70 for the next few months. But what if there is something nasty on Thursday afternoon. ie lower anything, reduced anything, forward anything else except up big and soon. THe days of pie in the sky are over. If there is anything that the shorts think will give them a tiny chance they will sell it and these days whenever that happens it can be a 40% haircut in the blink of an eye.

Worse still a nice movment up a few days before Thursday may just be the hedge funds trying to manipulate the stock higher to give them a bigger swing if they decide to short it. So trying to figure it out is impossible.

Then there is all that stuf about order being weighted toward the last couple of weeks of the qtr so you can have earnings annoucnements dissapointing even though they didn't warn ealrier because they really had no idea in this kind of business climate. Not many people in maangement have ever had to maange businesses in a depression.

Best regards,

L
