<As we look back at past bottoms we can see various indicators that flashed the end.> <There is no doubt that a reduction in interest rates will have a beneficial effect on equity prices sooner or later.> Jim, certainly no technical indicator is flawless, but using several indicators and making assumptions from overall conditions, such as the expected impact of lower interest rates, is likely to improve your investment results. I thought Pring's conclusion to place more emphasis on ROC of interest rates rather than interest rate trend relative to equity price forecasting was very interesting and worth sharing. Sergio
