OT: S2000, I think these companies (CORV, AVCI, NUFO, SCMR, RBAK) are more risky because they don't have earnings. My guess is that they probably have more downside and upside potential. Fiber optics is not my area of expertise, and is also a difficult technology to understand at this point in time. I am sure there are others on SI who can give better inputs on these stocks. I am trying to stay away from the more risky tech stocks, but just recently bought some AMCC, which also has no earnings but lots of cash. In their case, they at least once had earnings, and the amount of cash they have is huge (over 1 billion). I still consider it risky though.
