I don't think his behavior has been great. Quite the opposite. But we can't jail people for bad behavior....thank god or I'd have been gone long ago. I also agree with both you and GZ that once the facts of the affair were out he should have done something publicly to show a more sincere side. However, I think that it's become increasingly difficult to show remorse without looking guilty and thus being hung by the court of public opinion. I'm not sure there was much he could do to not look guilty after the general public learned of his affair.
