When it comes to agreeing with morons, yes.

He was bullish when Nasdaq was 1600. He deserves no credibility for saying I told you so after the frigging index tripled while all the time he was moaning.

Another stubborn one........President Pressured On Kyoto At Summit
Bush Put on Defensive Over Climate Treaty

GENOA, Italy, July 21 -- President Bush came under intense pressure from other leaders at the Group of Eight summit of industrial powers today to relax his opposition to the Kyoto treaty on climate change, as violent anti-globalization protests continued for a second day.

In what participants described as the most contentious session of the summit so far, Bush was thrown on the defensive as other leaders warned of the dangers of jettisoning an international agreement that has taken nearly a decade to negotiate. Bush said while he shared their objective of reducing "greenhouse gas" emissions, he did not believe Kyoto was a worthy treaty, nor would it ever be ratified by Congress.
