Napster accounted for 25-50% of all Internet traffic in Jan?

Here is a quote from a report on FredHager.com by Tinkershaw - a frequent poster on SI and reprinted on the AVNX thread:

"Eric Jhonsa presented me with the findings of a Bear Stearns study that found that last January Napster accounted for 25-50% of all Internet traffic"

I am just wondering if the Pros on this thread would have any feeling if this statistic is at all possible? I have read elsewhere that 5% of all Internet traffic was Napster related - but 25-50%, seems incredible.

If this could be true and Napster comes back online and you add MusicCity + other peer-to-peer services like video, could we be setting ourselves up for a broadband scarcity?

Thanks in advance for all that may have a feeling for this.
