Hi Zeev, It looks like the announcement didn't really hurt the stock,when announced on 5/16/01. It also was for 1/4 the ammount that Nvls has placed: siliconinvestor.com Bob The drop in price last week was more market related than news related.JMHO

NVLS conv.. how did company cut the deal in quiet period? Presumably the deal started before earnings date within a month of earnings date? Does pose interesting question about disclosure. Either conv. buyers or stockholders someone is getting a raw deal, in this case conv. buyers.
