ho boy.. Ill stick with stocks for now on.. I can only go by what I believe to be true.. I was unaware of those statistic and am surprised by them.. I still stick to my opinion however that both sides wont be happy until the other is 'whiped out'... and although I realize its unfair to group everyone in with that way of thinking, the powers that be are of this thinking.. Thats what I believe.. wether its wrong or right is another issue : ) About a year ago, I was speaking with a broker at a small discount brokerage house I was using.. He knew me well enough that he felt he could start talking politics when I was waiting to see if I could get a borrow on a stock.. Anyhow- He started using words like 'animals' and 'they all need to be killed'... and as I sat there listening, I was trying desperately to figure out what side of the issue he was on so I didnt put my foot in my mouth.. To the best of my ability, I guessed and I guessed wrong.. He was Jewish.. and was extemely offended when I mislabeled him.. but it just struck me how deep that hatred ran, and I couldnt figure out which side he represented.. Im stepping out of this now that I got it started : ) I really have limited understanding of the issues, but I DO feel I understand it enough to form the opinions/conclusions I have reached.. Its not the first time that people disagreed with me, and surely wont be the last..
