I have been kept waiting in uncomfortable doctors' offices. Who can tell what is intentional in that circumstance. In any event, it is not the lash. Conservatives have more reason to complain about the evidence thrown out due to defective warrants and the like, than to lament the gutting of the 4th amendment. I am sure that some abuses can always be found, if one searches long enough, of course. If the fellow merely put his fantasies in a journal, how was it discovered? Pornography, in any case, has always been treated differently........
