I have no idea how prevalent abuse is, so I cannot adequately argue about it.

Pornography is afforded greater protection than it used to be, but it is still discriminated against. It used to be that Boston could ban books like "Lady Chatterly's Lover" on the grounds of obscenity, but that is no longer true.....
