Too bad the fanatical leaders fail to see this. Some Arabs and some Jews do all they can to institute hate in the young people. Then these young people kills the other side, then retaliation. Hate breeds more hatred and the cycle continues and grows.>>>>

Mani, Mani....The mess has nothing to do with hate (o'key little to do with hate) It is certainly has nothing to do with Arafat, Sharon, Begin, Sadat or Golda Meir...
The fundamental reason for the conflict, right of Israel to exist has never change...It transformed into what borders, what secure borders mean, who control water ets...the return of Arab refugees back to Palestine....(will never happen unless Israel lose the war and cease to exist)....None is solvable, too little land for two "rightful" owners...In the past the answer over there was easy..who won the war Romans, Ottomans ets....No such lack in this century..:(

Hi Mani,
There is so much anger and blind rage on the side of the Palestinians. I just can’t see how Israelis and Palestinians can live together; the only solution lies in strict separation for at least few generations until the passions subside. And without integration with Israel I don’t see how the Palestinians, especially in Gaza, can survive economically.
I can understand why the Palestinians are so angry, but their anger at the Israelis is misdirected. They should be angry with their own leaders and their Arab brothers who have been manipulating them for many decades. Palestinians could have had their state and be free from Israeli occupation on many occasions, including 1948 or 1967 or last year in Camp David, but every time their leaders chose to go after Israelis’ throat. After her creation Israel took in as many or more Jews fleeing Arab countries as Palestinians who left Israel. Yet, while the Arab Jews have been completely integrated into Israeli society, the Palestinians remain living in refugee camps. Every Arab country except Jordan denies them citizenship. Only couple of generations ago these same Arabs didn’t have any separate Arab states and were considering themselves to be one people. They were all part of the Ottoman Empire. Most Arab nations were established only after WW2 at the same time as Israel. Arab leaders from Nasser to Qaddafi to Saddam Hussein proclaim unity of Arab nation, and yet they keep Palestinians living in squalor in refugee camps denying them citizenship and placing suffocating restrictions on them.
And now the Palestinians are going to war against Israelis? Who the hell needs this war? What will the winner get? The loser? Disgusting, and frustrating.
