Mark, I'm lucky in that most folks I talk to are pretty much receptive going in. The cold calls is where I need the sound bites and I won't be doing much of that once I leave Hartford.

Works the same in direct sales, which I do. You have about 15 seconds to grab attention. People never pay full attention until the bill comes and you overcharge them.
