..Idaho...notorious as a haven... I live in N. Idaho. The tiny handful of militia and Aryan types are thoroughly ostracized. Fifteen minutes into Montana is the nowhere burg of Noxon. Some years ago, there were six or seven whackos who supped AM coffee in the onliest restaurant while dressed in camos. Somehow they were picked up by the national media, and the whole area was portrayed as a "haven for Posse Comitatus types". Still good for a chuckle around these here parts. Then again, for a couple of years the Aryan Nation folks were using the Clark Fork area as a dumping ground for the gray meat remains of several of their own thought to have been insufficiently committed to their cause.
