That sound's good. I went to a place in Springfield, Illinois where I was told to get the pecan pie. The slice I got, it was so small. Then I tried to eat it. Yummy but I couldn't finish.

Now where am I going to have room for my sausages???

BTW, I made more sausages today:

2 cups stock
1/2 cup finely chopped red sweet pepper (about 1/2 large pepper)
3 beaten eggs
2 cups applesauce
2 cups soft bread crumbs
1 pounds lean ground pork (I used bulk sausage meat)
1 pound ground fully cooked ham
1 tsp quatre-epices
1/2 tsp cloves

I mix the liquids with the spices and pour over the ground meats and then mix thoroly - can use hand mixer or Kitchen-aid. Stuff, form sausages and I heat them almost to boiling for 15 minutes to set them... careful not to fill casing too full or they will split as I had 1 do.
