The Funds are fully invested. To buy anything they have to sell.
Value sectors are going to hold up, any new money will go there
and redemptions can come out of big-cap "growth". I think I'll put
money in the ETFs tracking small-cap value, that's where the
billions are going to go until its tapped out. IJS, IJJ, DSV seem to
have the better performing weights.
