It may be that we'd all be better off if both AMD and Intel were a little more afraid of competiton.

The reality, it would seem, is that both companies are borderline psychopaths when it comes to going after market share.

Intel is a nastiest looking King Cobra anyone's ever seen, but a mongoose in the form of AMD is after it. The mongoose sometimes is killed by the snake it attacks, but more often they end up the victor - as impossible as the odds at first may look.
