Ted Waitt never was very good at managing an organization, and the whole silly episode where the HQ was moved to sunny San Diego so Ted could hang around with his fellow rich guys and play was a harbinger of not good stuff -- specially since the "professional" managers subsequently flopped.

I agree with the Briefing.com take (sounded like a replay of my prior post); however there was one cheap shot in terms of international sales declining which was to be expected since they closed most of the overseas sales offices in the prior quarter.

It will be interesting to see how fast the cash burns, since "break-even" for 2H01 doesn't include forthcoming "nasty things" for which GTW will take additional charges.
