We thank you for your thoughts Cal, a very thorough compilation. On the dilution and timing issues I would like to add my thoughts. Let us assume the good Dr.Kuhne and REK (& co.) elect a predominantly share exchange deal, more shares O/S equates to a much more significant, 2 platform company. DMX now has a higher percentage, insider ownership (a good thing). Dr. Kuhne's role in day to day affairs may be less and he continues to enjoy his investment appreciation for years to come (good for him) with confidence that his investment is well stewarded. After all, if he were to receive cash, he'd want to invest it somewhere. I'll surmise that he'll continue to play a key executive role. We all know that this can't hurt. Plus he's likely better able to relate to the Europeans. Perhaps he's already been assisting on that front. Both Dr. Kuhne and REK seem to share a desire to keep close reigns on their business. Can they work together? Well this relationship has been ongoing and solid for many years. I think this long engagement helps to solidify the potential for future success and respect. The issuance of new shares will likely require a shareholder meeting to ratify. Thus, the timing to coincide with the AGM. I believe OXO will have been valued some time ago for purposes of this transaction. Therefore, while DMX's share price is not yet reflecting what most of us longs believe it to be worth, neither is the purchase price. Both the buyer (us) and the seller get a good deal. Indeed, the next 2 months should be very exciting. Rondo
