doskey.exe is in the c:\winnt\system32\ directory...this is how my path looks like:

PATH=d:\Program Files\ibm\gsk5lib;C:\WINNT\system32; C:\WINNT;C:\WINNT\System32Wbem;D:\IMNnq_NT;d:\WebSphere\AppServer\bin;C:\jdk1.4\bin

The path is best set from the control panel:

Control Panel/System/Advanced/Env.Variables

you call doskey [macrofilename] from withing autoexec.nt which resides also in c:\winnt\system32
