We were talking yesterday about how Joe Six pack will spend his rebate Ah...another bourgeois conversation about how they might capitalize off the paltry windfall to be dispersed to the proletariats. I knew the shark ladies were elitist! Well let me tell ya Rudi, this white trash Joe six pack is spending his $300 bones on new tires for the motorcycle so I can hook up cleaner in the corners, so you may want to invest whats left over from the wedding in Dunlop Tires. <gg>

Rebates: I don't think that you will see any one sector that is largely affected because people are so diverse in their spending habits. The economy as a whole will benefit which will in turn serve as a rising tide, which will lift all boats. There is no question that this seemingly small shot in the economic arm will benefit our economy in a positive fashion. Additional revenue for our federal coffers in the form of additional tax revenue will be generated. This will be the second such tax cut that I have been apart of in my lifetime. Nothing but good things will come of it for all of us. Stepping down off my soap box……<g> BTW…..I could not look at either chart you posted. My connection has been very slow in the evenings and would not call up your charts.
