I make bread all the time, well... not recently since I started on the sausage kick!

One of the biggest advantages (besides making good-tasting stuff) of making sausages is that you can convert food which would have normally been tossed out into a foodstuff that will last for months in the freezer.

I have 2 freezers - and only one shelf in my inside freezer is dedicated to sausages... I probably have no more than 15 pounds of it at present. I will make some veal/ground beef and tomato sauce sausage tonight to use up some ground beef, some veal I got on sale and some tomato sauce which is leftover from making pizza a coupla nights ago (yes, I made the crust in the bread-maker).
