I believe that was one of his main purposes in attending. That, plus showing the Euro-morons once again that their attitude will only cause them to be displaced by Putin. No wonder the American left wing media gives Putin such a bad rap. The dancing on the grave of Kyoto was secondary for Bush, but it helps him with the base that will get him re-elected. And maybe it will inspire Puff to continue to make a fool of himself, as he has many times over Kyoto...
