BC, it's too much of a concept stock for my taste and it has the advantage of not being stigmatized by the Internet hype backlash. I agree with you on the fundamentals and suppose they are pumping it up now for a secondary, but there are many with worse p/s ratios out there (I think they are around 3X FY 2002 estimates). I can see it running if some news comes out of other cable operators adopting their service, Time Warner working out the content rights negotiations with the studios, etc...besides, out of work people will have plenty of time to sit home and watch movies on demand when they are not daytrading their remaining savings away -g-

I guess I can still see VOD as something where at least a believable story can be spun so it would make me uncomfortable in the trade unless the thing has some kind of ridiculous run up (like now) and then I would not stick around long anyway. Mgmt. gave no visibility beyond next quarter at the last earnings release and they expect practically flat revenues, that's about all I know.

edit: don't let me talk you out of it, it might be the greatest short out there, the above is just my line of reasoning assuming a world filled with clowns.
