And a bunch of other scholars thought it was a good decision. For a split decision, that is to be expected. If anyone thought there was a good prima facie case for impeachment, based on the unreasonableness of the ruling, calls for investigation would not depend upon a handful of granola- heads from Oregon.......

And many legal scholars agreed with the decision, just as there was substantial disagreement over Roe v. Wade and practically every other hot button issue over the past 225 years.
